Yoga and Meditation Classes

Beginner yoga and meditation classes for individuals and groups.

 

Online and in-person 1:1 and group classes at your home or workplace, in West and North West London.

 

Our classes are designed to help you develop strength, flexibility and focus whilst re-connecting with who you are and all that is at a new deeper level.

​

Our goal is to help you fully accept life as it is and shift from a limited personal perspective to a greater universal awareness, where your happiness will no longer depend on external circumstances and situations, but instead on your presence and unity.

​

Classes are based on traditional Sivananda Hatha Yoga which is a great starting point to learn the basic postures, sequences, breathing exercises, chanting and philosophy.

 

A typical class lasts for 90 minutes and consists of:

 

* Introduction - Each class has it's own unique theme

* Centering - Prayers and chanting of AUM

 

* Asanas - Yoga postures and exercise

 

* Pranayama - Yoga breathing exercise

​

* Relaxation

​

* Yoga Philosophy -Reading and commentary from The Bhagavad Gita or the Yoga Sutras.

​

* Meditation

​

Bespoke yoga and / or meditation classes and courses on request.
