Teenage Mentoring.
We deliver proven 'Life and Exam Preparation' courses in schools and colleges around West and North West London.

Our courses are designed to help students turn up for their exams, and life, feeling well-prepared, clear, calm, confident and looking forward to doing their best.

​Our founder, Johnathon Martin, an experienced yoga teacher and life coach, was a volunteer teenage mentor for 2 years before starting to offer this valuable service professionally.
​
​We deliver bespoke classes and courses aimed at empowering teenagers with a greater awareness of who they are and the powers they have, including the power to focus, relax and concentrate.
​
Throughout our courses, we weave the time-proven principles of yoga with modern scientific research, and the students personal experience, to help create a relaxed yet alert state within each individual.

With the student developing a greater sense of personal awareness and inherent power they become better equipped to take greater responsibility for themselves and the choices they make.

Johnathon has been mentoring for us for the last few years.
He is one of the most amazing mentors we have ever had. His sessions are always planned to the smallest detail. At the heart of his sessions is self-awareness, empowerment and freedom of choice. The NCC students in his mentoring programme always look forward to his sessions.
More recently Johnathon has gone from being a volunteer to running exam preparation and stress management sessions with our current Y11 cohort. In these sessions, he shares tools and techniques to help students overcome fear, anxiety and exam stress. The sessions help students to better connect and relate to themselves.
Johnathon’s sessions are always well attended and very popular amongst the mentees who are benefiting greatly.
