We deliver mindset training and mentoring to teenagers and young adults in schools, colleges and universities around London.
The aim of our events is to enlighten and empower students and young people to make good life choices, including how they prepare for and turn up for their exams.
We believe a ‘health wealth happiness’ mindset is developed primarily through self-awareness.
In each of our sessions we incorporate messages from leaders in the areas of human wellbeing and potential, past and present. Students are introduced to the key points on which all of these bona fide leaders agree.
Students will be encouraged to join in with a little physical exercise and be given an introduction to mindfulness meditation.
Previous students have reported learning tools and techniques for improved stress management and feel in better control as to how to use their energy and their overall state of being.
Especially now, for teenagers and young adults this can be a very confusing time. In addition to peer, online and exam pressure today’s younger generation like the rest of us are a part of a fast moving and uncertain world.
By experiencing more of the inherent goodness and authenticity inside of them and developing a clear idea of what they want for the future, it is likely our students will carry the messages and techniques we share with them for life.
Whilst we do share tips, messages, techniques and guidance the focus of our events is not so much on giving our students more information, it’s more about helping them unlearn some of the information they have and helping them experience themselves directly, beyond mental concepts.
